He is passionate about the media, the press, politics and the digital economy, and worked previously for La Dépêche du Midi, Rue89 and the BBC. Clément is an expert in local digital advertising. Trained as a journalist, today he is an entrepreneur and investor in a number of companies in the digital sector.

Alexandre Dubuisson

Media buying director

Alexandre, 33, co-founded Local Media and is responsible for media buying. As part of this job, he is an expert in advertising policy and webmarketing tools: branding (display), performance (CPC, CPL), natural searching (SEO). Alexandre is also passionate about the online press and internet culture. He divides his time between Paris and Tunisia, where his family lives.

Cécile Garat

Commercial director

Cécile joined Local Media in 2014. After three years at MyMedia agency and four years with HiMedia as commercial director, she has become an expert in digital marketing, at performance (emailing, affiliation, RTB) and commercial development. When Cécile isn’t working, this inveterate technophile likes nothing better than travelling to the end of the world.
